  This was a big store in Willowbrook mall, very nicely designed, bright and clean. It was also well organized. There were few fitting rooms in the back side of the store. They had lots of apparel and accessories for both men and women. There was also a rack for items on sale. Their products were excellent quality, made with comfortable sort fabrics. But their are all pricey. Lots of associates were available in the store helping out customers and also tidying up the clothes. The register was very busy but they were quickly checking out customers. The associate at the counter was fast and efficient, while also being friendly.

  Wish they had more different clothes. Usually thr same every time I go. I used to buy a lot of lulu. But I started working out more. I can’t fit it anymore. It’s meant for skinny guys for sure. Too tight on thighs and back/shoulders. I like their hats. And clothes look good on women.

  They forgot to take the security tag off the pant I bought from this store. I had to drive all the way back to the mall. The manager didn’t care about all hassle I had to go through. Very bad customer service in the store!!!
