I spoke to Cindy who immediately, no more than 3 mins conversation I was told “we can not do anything about it”. No options no additional information . Her tone of voice was unwelcoming like she just wants to get rid of me and get off the phone . She was rude and not helpful. Very bad experience with her . I would like to submit a complaint towards her . What is the way of working in your office ? This is my first time even filing a claim in my 6 years of having my drivers license.
