  I’ve used this firm for over six years however, getting them to submit taxes on time (despite handing them required information weeks or even months in advance) is always a battle. It requires a lot of work on the part of the customer to get them to meet deadlines. I finally fired them as once again they have dropped the ball and have become unresponsive despite receiving my tax information weeks ago. It’s just too stressful and time consuming to get them to do the work. Generally, very nice people though.

  I gave David Bush all information to do my taxes and be in charge of all accounting back in April. It is mid December and not only are my taxes still not done, despite my begging and telling him multiple times that without 2018 tax filings I cannot get health insurance, but he refuses to return my phone calls. He also let my LLC filing lapse and said he would “look into the issue” two months ago, but once again absolutely refuses to return any calls. Horrible experience.
