  Lucy was amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time at the bowling alley. Super friendly, helpful, and professional the whole way through. It’s not every day you get customer service like that—thank you Lucy for making our experience even better!

  Customer service was wonderful. Callista helped me with deciding what was best for me and my party. She was so helpful & so nice. Alyssa was also very kind and helpful when I had any questions. Overall, everyone was kind, helpful and friendly!

  I’m very disappointed. I went here with my kids a few nights ago a women with curly hair was sitting on her phone while the other workers where running around trying to get stuff done. I asked my server who the woman was on the phone to find out it was the manager. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You can clearly tell it’s busy and the serves need help.The manager should not be on the phone while at work where people can see them. It’s disrespectful and rude and gives the wrong impression to customers.

  Pricing makes no sense DO NOT come here. On screen pricing argue this places shows 12$ per game around there , the lady asked me how many games we planned on playing and i said 2. She later asked for a card to have on file and we ended up playing only 1 game so when i went to close the tab they charged me for 5 games and 5 shoe rentals and she proceeded to tell me “since it’s 5 people it’s 5 games” mind you we played on the SAME LANE for about an hour. So if it was 7-10 people would it be 7-10 games played and you’d have to pay for ? i don’t think so. do NOT come here and if you do make sure you argue your case at the desk.

  I want to personally thank the general manager Jazmine for her kindness to me on my recent visit. I wasn’t in a good mood and she took the time to listen to my personal life and was super friendly to me. My experience was only good because of her kindness towards me. We need more people like her in the world
