- LMLuke MccainAug 27, 20253.0I’ve been here twice and both times there were issues. 1st time called ahead about open bowling and was told they have plenty of availability. Showed up 20mins later and they said they were full. Showed manager my call log and that I had talked to Ryan. Ended up getting a lane and it broke down 3 times I one game. Manager comped shoes and lane but it was disappointing. Ended up spending $40 in the arcade to have fun with my children. Came 8/22 and your laser tag was down. Both times there were food options not available. It’s a large facility with 50 lanes, arcade, laser tag and a bar with lots of TVs. The bartender/server Andrea was so friendly and apologetic both times and made amazing drinks.

First I dislocated my left thumb and I walked up to the front desk and the GM ignored me so I went to the back and put it in place. That night I went to the hospital and got it checked out no payback from the idiot GM of the company. Next thing that happened was I was outside picking weeds for 4 hours (it was mid 90's that day) came inside to get a cup of water and Andrea sent me home. Talked to Sean and he took her side. Bottom line this place needs to be shut down. DO NOT GO HERE This place needs to go back to the MARK with old owners. This Place SUCKS!!!! I will be sewing this place!!!
