  If I could give 0 starts I would. The first time I visited I toured with Megan back in September,she was nothing short of great. She seemed the care and what really stood up was when we went on our tour she was picking up trash along the way. She was apologizing for how it looked and had stated they had just taken over the property. Forward to this past week my girlfriend and I came back to look one more time and I spoke with the manager and she stated Megan was no longer there and proceeded to be very rude and dismissive. She talked over my girlfriend and I and made us seem stupid. Someone else came in and she had the same attitude towards them . This is not a good look for this place .

  This property has gone downhill since they switched all the staff in the leasing office. The team used to be so much friendlier and responsive, but my experience with Leslie has been nothing but frustrating. She ignores emails and when she does reply, it’s with a generic response that doesn’t actually address my concerns. It’s ridiculous having to follow up three times just to get a response from the property manager. On top of that, they failed to return the full amount I was owed when I moved out, and now it’s been over 40 days with still nothing; despite being told for weeks that the remaining amount would be sent. The only positive I can mention is the maintenance team Abi and Joe. They are reliable and genuinely care about the residents. Unfortunately, their hard work can’t make up for how poorly I’ve been treated upon leaving. I will not be referring anyone to this property in the future. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

  This is a genuine review regarding the leasing office staff and what a great customer experience it was during my tour. I was going to rent one of the 2-bdrms here; however my plans changed and I decided to relocate to another state. Stacia (my tour agent), Megan, and even the property manager were all awesome! They were easy to talk to and work with; and were very accommodating. I didn’t encounter any nasty attitudes or indifference or lack of communication, like you sometimes have to deal with in apartment leasing. Stacia was the most patient person; even after having to show me multiple apartments all over the property!! She never lost her patience and is one of the nicest people. Thank you Stacia! You were wonderful! And sorry that I had to change my plans and not moving to Port St. Lucie after all.
