  Even though I missed their initial calls, I'm glad I followed up with State Farm. The agent, Henry, was fantastic he made the insurance switching process simple and efficient, making sure I understood all the details. It was a great decision to call back!

  I spoke to a young lady by the name of leslie today.She was unhappy with how our phone call ended.It didn't end badly, but she went above and beyond the call of duty to call me back.And let me know what she had found out some information about adding a person to my policy.All I can say is she did an excellent job.

  I felt incredibly safe and comfortable with my choices due to my agent George’s ability to explain things In a way that I could understand. George walked me through every step of the process explaining everything and getting me a price I was so impressed with. I’m so glad I chose to switch to State Farm and I would not have done that without the help of George. Keep this guy around.
