Would give 0 stars if I could. I read the reviews before coming here and thought, she can't be THAT bad... but she was actually so much worse than I thought. I was going on a trip to Europe and had ordered a dress months in advance which unfortunately had taken really long to get to me.. I got it and it was too long, so I frantically tried to find somewhere to hem it (I would need it within 3-4 days - I know, not the most ideal but not unreasonable). This place had more or less decent reviews and was close so I thought, perfect. I went in being extra friendly, knowing she could be rude from the reviews, and right off the bat I got horrible vibes and felt really anxious like I was doing something wrong. I put the dress on and put my air force 1 nikes on (cause I was thinking I'd want to sometimes where the dress with these runners and sometimes heels). Unfortunately I didn't have heels with me at the time so I used ones that she had there. At this point she had already been giving me crap for not bringing heels. She started asking me questions, some of them I didn't know the answer to, and acting really frustrated with me and honestly INCREDIBLY rude and saying rude thoughts out loud. I wish I could specifically remember what she said but I absolutely remember how I felt.... When it came time to go to the counter, I told her I needed it within 3-4 days (which honestly I thought was kind of normal - back where I'm from in Vancouver, I used to get stuff hemmed no problem within 2-3 days), and she threw her head back angrily and started talking about how she's over worked and gets no breaks and people like me come in with demands, etc... then she quoted me the price.... $80 for the most basic simple hem.. I was shocked. I told her I needed to call my mom (cause at that time, I wasn't sure what a ball park price was for hemming and she gets things hemmed often). My mom was also shocked and told me she normally pays $25-30 CANADIAN.. which is what I had expected it to be about. I was like, you know what this isn't worth it... the whole dress was only $50. Especially after how she acted towards me, I didn't want to give her any money. I went back and told her I was going to leave it and she freaked out again and was like "AHHH I KNEW YOU WERE GONNA DO THAT BLAH BLAH BLAH" followed by more and more rudeness obviously... I honestly can't believe the experience I had in the 10-15 minutes I was there. I can confidently say it was the worst customer service I've ever had. How this woman has any business at all and why people even go here and pay those astronomical fees just to deal with her horrible attitude is beyond me. The "culture" excuse is also ridiculous. There's no excuse for that kind of treatment to your customers. If she works so hard and is so stretched for time, hire people to help. That's what businesses do. Don't take it out on your customers.

She's very good at what she does. Quick and attentive. Definitely not a warm And fuzzy lady, but I kind of like that about her.
