  Very knowledgeable & understanding of our needs. My wife inherited a property together with her brother. This property was in need of some real TLC. Linda did a very good job of helping us explore our options in achieving a quick sale, without investing more than needed to attract buyers. We are very happy with Linda's advice and referrals to vendors you preparing the property to sell. Once the property went on the market the sale was accomplished quickly. We are very happy with how the whole process went!
