  I called for a quote four days ago, and I have not received a response. I had to call back, and the Lady who answered the phone said that I would have the quote in 10 minutes. No good customer service at all.

  Great experience all around. The lead surveyor, Samuel, was a delight. Actually got here early and was very quick, professional, and gave focused attention to detail. He measured, remeasured, and triple checked our PL. They werent the lowesr bid, but were willing to match it so they ended up being cost effective. I'd use this group again.
