- LVLila VegaApr 29, 20251.0The device is very hard to work with and is now not working so having a hard time getting my car to turn on. I called the place where it was installed by and the guy Leo said the device I got people have reported having trouble with it. Leo the installer is nice enough to come to my home and take a look to see why it’s not working. Nice of him to go out of his way. The company that makes this device should do better on having good working devices. I was told they are the best and easy to work with. Not true!
- JJJohnMay 10, 20241.0The equipment wasn't there on my first installation date though I spent 3 hours at the shop while he took out all of my wiring and had to put it back because the UPS delivery truck didn't have my unit on delivery day. 4 days later the unit showed up but not the paperwork so I'm still not able to get my licensed back from the dmv. I called the company and they said that the paperwork to be filed with DMV we'll be here next Wednesday, This is Friday so I have to go to through the weekend plus 3 more days at the least it will be here in the middle of next week. To be fair the shop doing the install (owner Leo) was absolutely wonderful to have to work with. Though he couldn't install at the first installation date when I showed up, he did the install 4 days later with no paperwork, Absolutely no fault of his. He was very sympathetic. A good, decent, honest man.
