    Okay this company use to be really good. But now they are not if you miss your service you now have to pay $133 or tow it to get it serviced. Even though on its website it says free!!! They are now short staffed so to get anyone on the phone or help takes hours or days for a call back. There are no supervisors to help. They leave you with empty awnsers to where you jave to continue to keep calling back. 100% find a different company... also the interlock throws false codes, and in utah if its to cold or to hot freezes the system. The one who installs it screwed up the electric in my car and when it throws a code randomly my car will start throwing errors.

    The package wasn’t delivered when our appointment to install was but it ended up coming in 30 minutes later and got it installed.
