  This company is truly deceiving and corrupt. They nickel and dime you like said before. You wait on hold for over an hour for any kind of support, even though, they market that they answer the phones 24/7. The devices will give you a violation if it is too cold or too hot outside. They will not help to change defective devices. I wonder who monitors the corruption this business is involved in. STAY AWAY!!!

  Avoid Low Cost as much as possible. Initially sounds good until you deal with the agency who does not provide accurate information and very long wait times on the phone. They do not provide any information/videos about setup as they say they will. The nickel and dime you at every opportunity. Add: Their message while on hold is they answer 24/7. This is not accurate. If you need help, this is not 24 hour. If you have questions, this is not 24 hour. If you want them to take your money, this IS 24 hour.

  I've had intoxalock and MN smart start and those you have to hum while you blow and suck back in so they don't work worth a shit. The low cost is cheaper at 85 a month it works 99 percent of the time and the place I had it installed really takes care of me. I actually have 2 vehicles with it in em.
