They do not provide any information/videos about setup as they say they will. The nickel and dime you at every opportunity. Add: Their message while on hold is they answer 24/7. This is not accurate. If you need help, this is not 24 hour. If you have questions, this is not 24 hour. If you want them to take your money, this IS 24 hour.

The low cost is cheaper at 85 a month it works 99 percent of the time and the place I had it installed really takes care of me. I actually have 2 vehicles with it in em.
