- RAR AnNov 11, 20241.0WARNING:If you talk to McKenzie make sure she gets your address/license # spelled right otherwise the DMV won't accept the paperwork. And you will wait a week to get your license. When doing the recalibration make sure you go on 7th or 6th day otherwise if you go earlier they will make you pay earlier for the next recalibration. These girls(Violet, McKenzie) are really unprofessional they won't answer the phone or they will put you on hold for extended periods of times whenever there is a problem with your interlock device. And there will be problems. But if you're a new customer they answer the phone on the first ring. DO NOT PAY EARLY OR THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR DUE DATE. They expect you to pay early. Don't put your card on reoccurring payments.
