    This company sucks. You can never get anyone on the phone. That's a real person. The unit will just go off randomly and violate you. I've had it give me a fail while I was at work not drinking and I got locked out. They do nothing about it. It's like it's not their problem. I've had to replace the unit twice and it this one still does not work well. I would not use this company. I've had the department of motor vehicles threatened to take my license twice because of misreads.
