  Installation was fine. I’m disappointed that the unit is beat up and doesn’t have the app warm-up function that the website shows as a feature. It wasn’t offered to me if it’s an add on? Regardless I feel like it would have been a HUGE plus if I had it. No soda can offered either. Lol

  Low-cost interlock sent my installation provider an old, dirty, and used IID device. I didn’t realize this until after the 3-hour installation. I contacted Low Cost Interlock to find a resolution shortly after realizing this gross buildup of who knows what on my device. The company said they’d send me a new device but wouldn’t acknowledge my request for at least a free install for the horrible error it bestowed upon me. The company has made me wait on hold for several hours to no avail. I would not recommend and would suggest for any others to go elsewhere. Poor customer service and using gross machines that are not sterile. This company is sick and gross.
