This company has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional services I’ve ever dealt with. Their devices constantly throw faulty errors that can extend your installation period and delay your compliance with court requirements. But the worst part? Once they install the device, you’re completely on your own. I’ve spent over a week trying to get in touch with them — calling daily, leaving voicemails, and sending multiple emails — all because I need a simple proof of installation for my court case. No one picks up the phone. No one replies to emails. Total silence. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s dangerous for anyone with legal deadlines or court compliance. They are quick to install and take your money, but completely disappear afterward when you need support the most. This company is not reliable, not responsive, and not worth the risk. If your freedom or license depends on this device, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You’ve been warned. — Jacob N.

  Horrible customer service. Says they answer 24/7 that is a lie they don’t even answer during business hours. My device wouldn’t calibrate DUE TO BEING FAULTY they sent that to MVD and they suspended my license WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. My insurance rates are now at an all time high because of all the issues with this device because they always send tickets and “missed calibrations” to mvd even though they tell me NOT TO WORRY THEY WILL FIX THE DEVICE! Will NEVERR recommend them! I know 2 people needing interlocks and I don’t care about getting the referral money I told them absolutely do not do business with this company.
