- HHHolli HughesAug 10, 20251.0Day one was fine. Day two I got stuck in Milford. Very far from home. Tried charging the battery and getting a jump. The IID wouldn't turn on. Kept turning off. Needless to say, my car is stuck far from home and it's my responsibility to get it back even though the unit is defective. I don't drink. You can tell the unit I have is refurbished. The buttons on the bottom are all scratched and bubbled so I know I'm not the only one who desperately tried to get this unit to work in a panic knowing you were stuck somewhere at no fault of your own. How dare they use a unit they know had problems with. This is our lives on the line. If I hadn't been with friends I would have been all alone and far from home. It cost me $30 to Uber home. They don't care. Now I have to get a ride back and wait for a tow on my insurance. Bad business. They're just making a bad situation impossible.
