- EJElyse JanzenDec 3, 20241.0Keep an eye on your payment card history. I paid $180 two months ago to get the device removed. They haven't removed it and keep trying to charge us additional monthly fees--even though the compliance term is completed and we've been doing everything we can to try and remove it by their terms. 7 calls and over 6 hours of collective holding time later we still can't seem to manage to talk to an actual human who won't just transfer us to hold music or hang up. All we want is the device removed now that the required contract has ended.
