They were able to diagnose a problem I had with a thermostat and also spent time to find out if it was covered under warranty. I was told by another company that they weren’t sure the thermostat replacement would work and if it didn’t I would be responsible for that cost and they recommended replacing the whole system that was less than 10 years old. The technicians were very conscientious, spent a lot of time working the problem and dealing with Lennox. They also were very reasonable in the pricing for such excellent service. I would highly recommend them!
