The team made us feel right at home and the showroom was set up in a way that allowed us to explore the options that we were interested in and really get a feel for your product. Any and all of our questions were answered and the environment created by the Associates and District Manager was friendly, comfortable and extremely low pressure. When we walked into the store, we weren’t sure if Lovesac furniture was what we wanted for our living room. After talking with the team, watching Colby’s demonstration and experiencing the comfort and quality of your product for ourselves we knew we had found what our family needed. John picked up where Colby left off and was amazing! He answered every question we had and offered information that we hadn’t thought to ask about that really made us feel comfortable with our choice to purchase, and leave us super excited for our Sactional and Big One to arrive! Not to mention making it a really fun and friendly experience! We absolutely could not have asked for a better experience or team to help us in our search for the last couch we’ll ever buy! Thank you!
