- JJJessica JohnsonNov 7, 20231.0We were on the fence of buying a Love Sac sectional so we went to Best Buy of Sioux Falls that has a Love Sac on display. It was nice to see the different options, however the representative for the Love Sac company who was there was very rude and not informative. She greeted us with a "don't sit on the furniture with your beverage" since I had a coffee in hand. Understandable, but then she tried to sell us that everything was washable...seems a bit ironic. We sat on the sactional and asked if they had the different fill options to try out and at first she said no. So we asked a few other questions we had from the site and she cut us off and asked "so is there anything you DON'T know?" My husband and I were kind of surprised with her remark and didn't know how to respond and she asked if we had gotten a quote about three times. We said we were just looking in person and asked another question regarding the sactional on display. Then she told us that each of the cushions has the different fill styles...even though she said they didn't just earlier. Honestly, the sections weren't as good of quality for what you really end up paying and we were seriously turned off by the sales rep, so we emptied our chart for our online order and decided to go with something else.
