I asked her several times to provide me a quote for the display unit, so I can get an idea of pricing, all she said was "I'd have to price it out" and the stared at me. I asked for a ballpark price on the current display, there was only one display, she said again "I'd have to price it out" and stared at me. Finally, I just said I would look on the website. I went out of my way to see the product in person, so I wouldn't need to go on the website for all sales information. She didn't seem interested in helping me and looked bored. I was in the market to buy a sectional too, sadly she lost my interest.

My only concern I I’m spending a lot of money on this sanctions land I’m really concerned on the delivery since I’m not always at the location it’s going. I would hope that you would incorporate more of a “white glove” delivery versus fed ex take it or leave it strategy.
