Basically, I had to convince the husband that it was worth the investment. We had a mix-up with colors, but they found the issue and fixed it immediately. Fed Ex has been the biggest problem delivering parts of the couch all over our neighborhood, which was definitely not ideal. Now, let's talk about how amazing LC and the team have been. Customer service holy Mary, they nail it. I feel bad when I miss a text, email, or call because they are so on top of making sure we are happy and taken care of. I can not speak highly enough about everyone we have talked to. Genuine kindness is hard to come by, and this team has it! Can't wait to get the couch completely set up because I took a nap today without covers, and it was heavenly! This is why I'm up at 12:30 am writing this 😂 Will post photos once she's up and running!
