They displayed the utmost unprofessionalism I have ever seen, stooping to real lows to try to make a sale. I had came with a group of friends, where he chose to pick on me for my weight. He proceeded to ask if I were pregnant, and I said no. He did not believe me so asked again, much louder that not only did my whole group hear but surrounding people as well. He proceeded to ask a THIRD time which was met by glares of my party, to which he replied along the lines, "oh so you're not pregnant, but if you are we have products for those expecting". There are so many other ways to explain what products this company has, but inflicting words like this on someone, which clearly made me and my party uncomfortable, were uncalled for. Messages to corporate were also repeatedly never returned. Apology from Erin was promised by corporate but never received.

Had a bit of difficulty locating the Love Sac area inside the BestBuy(it's in the rear of the best buy look for the turquoise). Erin and Jelina were very helpful and attentive. They listened to our needs as space was limited and helped us build our perfect couch. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot as is in most furniture stores. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of furniture we purchased. This is truly the most adaptable couch. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
