Warranty coverage was seamless and the gentlemen (Evan… I hope I got his name right… and Christian) working the store couldn’t have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. Purchased modifications and additions to our existing setup, in addition to getting replacements under warranty. But after doing some research, we discovered Lovesac and were immediately impressed by the company’s quality and commitment to customer care. That same level of excellence carried through to the showroom. As a same sex couple, finding spaces where we feel genuinely welcomed and respected isn’t always a given but the entire team here made us feel completely at ease. Jasmine was INCREDIBLE!!! She took the time to get our room dimensions, helped us find the perfect configuration and even gave us creative ideas to rework our space. We were blown away! We’ve since added to our setup and find ourselves stopping by the store regularly to see what’s new and of course .. to grow my Footsac blanket collection. Highly recommend!!!!!

Every time I visit, it feels like I’m walking into a family gathering.. warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. I worked with Christian for my purchase, and his level of service and hospitality was outstanding.
