- DMDenise MooreJan 13, 20231.0This experience has been a NIGHTMARE! First they took my full payment at time I placed (Dec 5th) at the showroom but they never finished processing the order. I reached out to customer service who apologized and reprocessed the order (Jan 5th) and told FedEx would reach out to schedule delivery. Then I got an email 4:15pm last night to say it shipped, to be delivered TODAY by end of the day. Since no warning I am in Baltimore and not able to make it home for delivery. Cannot reach anyone at FedEx to stop delivery, so will it be setting on door step free to porch pirates?? FedEx site stated contact less delivery. I am SO over Lovsac, just want them to pick it back up and refund my $4k payment. UGH!!!!!! Had to give one star to post, definitely not deserved!

I threw her some curveballs during my configuration process, and even though she didn’t know the answer right away, she made some calls, got me an answer, and made my dream couch come to life. Can’t suggest this store and Connie enough!
