The moment we walked in each sale associates was so helpful. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable . My partner and I walked in pretty blind when it came to understanding love sac as a company and the pieces you sell. Not only did we buy a love sac , sac, but also a 3 sectional couch. This store is run by well educated, and kind staff! Our couch and sac are the best (most expensive) purchase that we have made and we will never regret it! Thank you to everyone at this store who has helped us, we appreciate you all!!!

I'm so glad I went in the store, because Angel ensured I was building the Lovesac sactionals I wanted, rather than trying to figure it out myself online. I felt no sales pressure, and purchased everything I wanted that day. In store, they have blocks to help visualize sactional configurations and all the quick-order and custom fabrics. COVID procedures were excellent! Masks worn by all employees and plexiglass and hand sanitizer at the counters for using the blocks and checkout.

I haven't received the sofa so I can't rate that yet, tthe only complaint I have is that she never told us about the military discount and I only found it after we placed the order when I was showing a friend what we bought on line. Customer service, however, were very nice and applied the discount for us. Can't wait to get my Lovesac, excited about it's functionality and feel confident it will work in the next house as well.
