- APAlexandra PriceJun 15, 20204.0Sales rep was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. The store was clean and every effort was taken to ensure social distancing. Only rating this as 4 stars because there was no flexibility in discounting. The store was closed during the Memorial Day sale so I could not purchase at that time, and they refused to honor once they were open (this came from corporate, not the sales rep). Additionally, I was 1 "part" away from an extra 5% discount but the sales rep denied that. 2 chances to show appreciation to a new customer that was denied on a pretty expensive purchase. Other than that, a great experience.
