I had planned for my son to stop by the store ahead of me to check it out and I would be right behind him. He was turned away at the door by an older Caucasian female and told he couldn’t come inside. First of all, he's well-behaved and old enough to responsibly look around for a few minutes. Second, this is not how you treat potential customers-especially when we had every intention of making a purchase. I was shocked at how unwelcoming and rude the older woman was. In an economy where businesses should be grateful for any foot traffic, this was a completely unnecessary and off-putting experience. Safe to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere and making sure others know to do the same.

She was very knowledgeable and patient, asked great questions, and helped me make the best plan for our sactional. We haven’t received it yet, but looking forward to having furniture as versatile as this product claims to be.

Gave us a demonstration about how easy everything was to use and even steered us towards the best fabric due to the fact that we have pets (cats). We were extremely happy with the whole experience and can't wait to recieved or new couch, which is arriving about a week after we ordered it (a week early too! ). The videos online to guide you on how to set everything up are easy to watch and seek straight forward (we will see when we put everything together)

She demonstrated how the components to the sofa assemble even though I insisted that it was ok if she skipped the demonstration. Hopefully, we’ll be back to place an order after we move at the end of the month.
