Every interaction we had after with Zack was awesome. Extremely good at customer service, extremely knowledgeable about the product, funny and good natured. He made us feel that much better about our interest in the product. Plus being able to try all the different options in store is great too. I can’t recommend him enough.

Tony built out a quote based on our budget and walked me through applying for a helpful discount. I came into the store because we purchased a couch from another company online without actually sitting on the couch, which ended up being a big mistake. The high quality of the products and the in-store customer service was what ultimately led us to complete a purchase. They were also nice to allow my young sons to use their employee only bathroom and play with their in-store build your own couch models. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.
