They helped me through the process & even rearranged the store model to accommodate my design to see if I’d like it. Took home lots of fabric samples to see what worked in my room & it made a huge difference. Like paint, certain fabrics look different in the space. Thanks guys for making this big purchase pleasurable!

Darnell greeted us, gave a helpful overview of the furniture and its features, then let us explore at our own pace—which we really appreciated. The staff was never pushy, unlike many other furniture stores. Darnell helped us narrow down our options, and we felt confident moving forward. We’re excited for our new furniture to arrive soon! Lovesac’s furniture is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality, versatility, and customer support more than justify the investment.

My kids were all over the place (and this is a SMALL store) and they were patient and kind. Wished I could've remembered my salesman's name, but he was the best. Honest about pricing, didn't try to upsell me, and even found me a promotion I didn't expect. I can't WAIT until my dream couch is delivered! I could be a promoter for this product! (My good friend has one and I was SO jealous- not amymore!) I swear God timed this purchase, they finally offer recliner sections! 😱 ill update with pics!
