  10/10 great experience! Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process and made us feel comfortable and well informed. Sactional arrived less than a week after ordering and while the setup process was several hours, it was all logical and well designed! Great product, great store, great salespeople!

  We had a great experience at the Cherry Hill showroom. It was my husband’s and my first time in a Lovesac store, and we weren’t sure what to expect or if we wanted to make a purchase that day. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in, even on a busy Saturday afternoon. Matthew was friendly, answered all our questions, discussed our options and brought up great points to consider as we looked. I was surprised to learn later he was here to train for another location, as he seamlessly guided us through the showroom. Missouri will have a great team with him! Mackenna was incredible when it came time for us to look at a quote. We felt zero pressure to make a decision on the spot and we were never rushed to discuss purchasing—we told them we were ready after an admittedly long time testing out the sactionals. She helped us weigh our options thoughtfully while giving us time to talk alone. She went the extra mile to ensure we had the best quote possible, beating the deal we had online—all while balancing multiple clients making purchases. We didn’t finance, so I can’t speak to that process, but we did decide to make the purchase and it was a fast and smooth transaction. Can’t thank both Matthew and Mackenna enough for a comfortable, enjoyable experience and helping make it happen!

  Wonderful customer service. I wasn’t sure about what setup I wanted and they broke down and explained all my options and different things I can do. They were very patient and responsive to all of my questions. They helped me get the perfect setup and I couldn’t be happier with the couch that I purchased. I would highly recommend going into the store if you are thinking about getting a Lovesac couch.

  Just received our LoveSac sactional and love it immediately. We started with just a few pieces knowing we would be able to add on more. It was really easy with just a little effort to get it all unboxed and put together. Highly recommend!
