  I had an amazing experience with Anthony at Lovesac! First and foremost, even though they were about to close (I think just two minutes before), he welcomed me in, patiently answered all my questions, and was incredibly kind and empathetic. I was ready to upgrade to a new couch, but I was also mindful of my budget, Anthony made the process seamless and enjoyable, showing me fantastic options that fit my needs. I’ve loved my Lovesac chair for years, and finally getting a couch was a big deal. Anthony made it special, he was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about the experience, not just the sale. I can confidently give him a 10/10! It’s rare to find an associate who makes the whole process feel so personal and thoughtful.

  My husband and I purchased our first LoveSac yesterday (Sactional) and couldn't be happier w/ the service we were provided at the store. For the last month, we have gone a few times to the store store to finalize our layout, review fabrics, sit on the couch again, etc. Mainly because I struggle to make a quick decision without a ton of research/thought! Each and every time we went into the store, all of the store associates were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. They never made us feel like a nuisance, no matter how many times they had seen us recently, and they always gave us their full attention and time. They made a point to remember my name and would greet me by name when I came into the store. It's clear from speaking with the manager of this location (Tori) that she loves what she does & the company she works for. She has a very high level of customer service, something that her employees all have as well. While the online LoveSac websites provides the experience of building your Sactional online, I HIGHLY suggest going to the store & speaking with the team here. They were beyond helpful in ways the website could never be -- helping with best fabrics for dogs, explaining what we needed to get the exact layout we were looking for, etc. Overall, I would recommend this specific location to anyone & everyone!! I'm even bummed that I won't get to see Tori & her team so much now!!

  My husband and I walked into the store during a visit to Houston from North Carolina, looking for a custom sectional that would fit our odd-shaped living room. Adrian was very helpful and laid out an arrangement for us. We loved how customizable everything was, the fact that the seat covers are removable and we could expand on the couch if we end up moving to a larger space. Upon getting home and measuring the space we found it was too large. After calling the store, Anthony helped me tweak the quote over text messages including me sending pictures of our space. He was very communicative and understanding of our needs and preferences. We decided to hold off on the purchase for now because of finances, and Anthony was gracious and made sure we had access to the updated quote to come back to. Great experience and we will probably buy this couch once we have a bit more savings built up.

  I recently purchased Lovesac for my family room. The Team was very knowledgeable about the product and worked with me to select a configuration that fit my style. The support they provided was ‘top notch’. The service rep followed up with me to ensure all on my pieces arrived, setup was correct and even when I changed my mind and needed to return a few pieces….it was simple and easy to do! Thanks Team…we really enjoy our LoveSac!
