I was visiting with friends & decided to stop at LoveSac afterward because it was so conveniently located. Mr. James Brown was the representative in the store that day. He was welcoming, professional and knowledgable about the products. The store was light, bright. The music didn't demand attention. The sectionals were set up in an attractive manner. The little model pieces (like Legos, sort of) were helpful for envisioning a setup that I asked for a bid on. It was so interesting to learn these couches could be configured to move from a sectional to a queen size bed, just from rearranging.
