- JRJ ROct 24, 20221.0By far the worst customer service of any retail store. Employees not familiar, nor do they own the product. Employees portray to be friendly until an issue arises. Spent over 8k in one of my 3 orders, a damaged pieces had to be returned, was informed by customer service it will be 8 weeks until new piece arrives, unable to use that sectional due to missing piece. A return take over 3 weeks to receive a credit, if you every have to call customer service, think again, the most rude employees a Company could have on staff. Stay away from the store and product.
