Beware that entering this place will have you feeling like a little kid again! The staff is super amazing. Tasha, I believe she is the manager correct me if I’m wrong, was such an expert at informing us about Lovesac and even thru in a couple of jokes. The staff is really amazing and friendly. They are NOT commission based so you do not have to worry about the “sharky” mentality that’s already instilled on sales associate. The atmosphere is very comfortable, their 90s playlist will have you moving and grooving! They are super patient and the best part CUSTOM DESIGN AND MODULARITY!!!!! If you are looking for furniture, I highly recommend this place for sure.

I had heard of lovesac but didn't know anything about them. We had already been to several other stores in the area. When I found they had a location in Tyler, I initially went there to rule it out. The salesman named Jacob greeted me and showed me what they're about. Jacob was one of the reasons why I went back the next day to purchase. He was able to answer every question that I had. Now they are more money than I wanted to spend, but the "sactionals" are able to grow with you. And a ton of customization to make it the perfect couch for your home and family. Thanks Jacob, Jack, and Tasha!!!
