He answered all our questions, made some suggestions without being salesy at all, and the whole process took less than a half hour. The more I'm thinking about this, the more I'm realizing this review is really about Matt. He deserves all the flowers and praise. His boss would be wise to give this man a nice hefty raise, because his communication skills are second to none. Bravo Matt, bravo!

I have the one with the speakers… O m g. Absolutely nuts 10/10 would recommend the investment. Also I lost my bass control sound remote and I called lovesac in Westport and Peter helped me a ton! Super easy to work with and professional. I’ve been dealing with this for months and he helped fix it in 10 minutes. Factory reset if anyone sees this!!!
