The store in the mall is pretty small (like my apartment) but they had everything I needed in there so it works. I've move 3 times in 3 years in New York and who know where I will end up in the next couple of year being here. Lovesac has a great warranty and the fact that I can change the layout of the couch and buy additional pieces or covers to change with my ever-changing life is wonderful. I came to the store several times and every one of them was very pleasant. The first time I was still looking coming from several other furniture stores, the second brought a girl for fashion ok, and the third time I went with my roommate to ensure that he liked it too. I never felt rushed or pressured. The sales staff Sarah and Ryan (and one other guy who I forgot your name, sorry) were all really great and answered my questions and helped me understand the benefits but were never pushy. I got to hang out on the couch for a good amount of time because it's a big purchase for me and this was a great environment to do so in. Delivery went smoothly and setup of everything was easy enough for two young guys who have trouble with IKEA furniture. All-in-all a great experience and we will probably be picking up some additional pieces soon.
