Logan was super helpful and really took the time to explain everything. He sold me on the Sactional, and I’m so glad he did! The quality is amazing, and you can tell these are built to last. Definitely worth the investment—highly recommend both the product and the in-store experience!

She spent hours on the phone with them and got a replacement chair ordered. I finally received my missing order today and absolutely love it. It took almost a month to get here at no fault of LoveSac. I was relieved that she was truly concerned about making it right and told me not to worry. Would highly recommend as customer service is top notch. Hope whoever got my 1st chair from FedEx is enjoying it.🙄

- PHPaul HamiltonNov 29, 20203.0Good and bad, I love the couch, but the service was interesting! I give Alex, from the Fritz Farm store a 5, and Julia at the Kenwood store a 1. Just after my couch was delivered I felt I needed one more seat. I called and asked the Kenwood store for the 25 % instead of 20% because I felt it was in the same order and was told, "I would have to call the DM for approval and I did that for someone else and they said no, so no". She wouldn't even call, so I took a section from my sons couch and ordered a cover from Alex. I might not buy another, but I do love the couch!!
