  Michelle and her staff are amazing! We went in several times before purchasing and they were endlessly patient and helpful. They have fantastic follow up and customer service. And I love my new couch! Would recommend!

  Really interesting experience with Love Sac. I love that you can configure your own pieces. We haven't purchased yet but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!

  Marie at Lovesac in Wolf Ranch made our shopping experience easy and enjoyable. She helped us design a layout that would work for our space, choose a style we liked, and pick a fabric. She went out of her way to move cushions around so we could try out different options and disassemble things so we could see how the furniture works. She sent us a quote and then followed up with a text which made it super easy to follow up with her. When we were ready to order, I sent her a text and we were able to do everything without having to go back into the store. She was super responsive and friendly throughout the whole ordering process. She even sent us an assembly video to help us when our furniture arrives. The whole staff at Lovesac was welcoming and the store was very clean and inviting.

  Wow!! Just WOW! My wife and I were on the hunt for a modular couch. We knew of Lovesac simply because of the name, but once we started researching online, of course ALL of the other brands started popping up (7th Avenue caught my attention the most). However, we saw that LoveSac had several store fronts in the greater Austin Area and the Wolf Ranch location was closest to our home. We decided to make an afternoon trip over to the store yesterday (Jan 2) and ended up having the absolute BEST experience. The store is CLEAN, INVITING, and BEAUTIFUL. Marie helped us first and was incredibly knowledgeable and even owns a Lovesac Sactional herself. That says SO much about this product. Every single question I had was answered with top-level, EXPERT advice and experience. The employees never got annoyed with any amount of questions. We were in store for 2 hours and quite honestly it was SO MUCH fun! We got to experience the different cushion fills, how easy it is to take sectionals apart, see all of the different cover materials and colors, and even get to hear/feel the stealthtech sound system in person…. 😍. They never ONCE pressured us to purchase anything. I’m not sure if they work on commission or not, but I would assume NO based on how they both treated us. Nothing about the experience felt “sales-y”. Because of our experience in the store with the two employees, we made the huge investment and jumped right in to our Sactional Purchase forgetting about other brands and just feeling very very excited for our future. They offered us incredible 0% financing for 24 months, 30% off + 5% off (teachers). Lucky for us, this was the best sale day of the year. Note: these deals and specials change throughout the year and are even different today (Jan 3). Don’t expect the same deals when you go but you can research online to see when they often do big sales! Thank you Wolf Ranch Lovesac. We can’t WAIT for our next visit with you! ♥️♥️♥️

  They just opened up shop, and they were super excited about it, and it was super infectious! Helped us get a new cover for my sac as well as showing us all the new features that their couches have to offer. Great products and worth the experience!
