- JTJeffrey ThompsonMar 14, 20251.0Placed an order in early January. Was told my recliners would be delivered in 6 weeks. Time came and left. Customer service takes days to get back to you. Was then assured that it would be delivered by Feb 28. Didn’t happen. I’ve spoken with probably 10 different customer service reps and they are no help. Here I sit on March 14th and it still hasn’t shipped. Guys at the store were very nice. It’s a pretty couch (except for the gaping holes where I await my 2 recliner pieces). Even worse, they keep sending me advertisements about how great the recliners are. You guys need to put the pause on selling these until you fulfill your existing orders. Definitely cannot recommend. Totally unreliable company that treats their customers like garbage.
