The customer service was very engaging while being patient with us as we were deciding between multiple options over the course of several months. After they were delivered, we actually exchanged some of cushions for a different fill because we changed our minds in which they accommodated us with no hassle whatsoever. In addition, when I flagged an issue with one of the covers, their manager informed us they will send us a replacement one while without sending the old one back. With the high end quality of the product and the great customer service, I would highly recommend anyone ordering from this location!
