My mother in law, wife and I were in the market for a new couch but after being welcomed in by Ashley and shown around we ended up getting a couple extra items that we just had to buy. Ashley made the process extremely simple and easy and was patient while we waffled between different options. Mike was able to answer all of the questions I’ve had and provided tons of choices and options. Ultimately we ended up purchasing one in the store. They treat everyone the same with no pressure. We needed to expand our current sactional with additional seats and wanted the wedge. They took their time to explain the issues with deep seats and wedges misaligning. Very informative and knowledgeable about the product.
