She also knows her product inside and out. In today’s world where Customer Service does not exist it is refreshing to have worked with Laura through the process. We are so happy that our first time in a Lovesac store was at the Perimeter Mall location because after receiving the set Laura ordered for us, we were so in love that we visited another location closer to our home and did not have the same experience. I highly recommend visiting the Perimeter Mall Lovesac and letting Laura and her team design your dream Lovesac set-up. It isn’t often that a company is still as interested in you after your purchase but Laura reached out to update us on delivery, provide tracking information and also texted helpful YouTube links to keep handy for putting our sactional together after it arrived. We couldn’t be more pleased and we look forward to adding more pieces to our collection soon. Even though we live several states away, we would still place our order through the Perimeter store because the level of service and follow through is unmatched.
