Unfortunately, I don’t recall her name, but she took time to demonstrate all features and even invited the kids to try out the sofa with the built in speakers. This store is blessed to have such a wonderful sales person!
- CCCarrie CountsMay 10, 20255.0Derek was awesome. I came in just browsing. We talked about bean bag chairs and then he told me the sell going on. And I asked about how the chairs held up to animals and such. I have 3 cats and they shed so much. He was so sweet showed me pictures of his babies and said they shed a ton too but it was easy to clean. He also told me about the financing part. I asked to see how much it would be and he did the math and sent an email to me. I wanted to talk to my husband first. Derek said the offer would be good till the date on the email. Well I ended up getting the Big One. And LOVE IT!!! Derek and the team were wonderful and helpful! I will be getting more from them in the future.

She took her time with us and even went the extra mile to take apart several pieces, even removing the washable covers to really go in depth with how everything would piece together. As a shopper I can ask a lot of questions and not once did she come across annoyed. She really made the experience one that I enjoyed. From fabric to couch feet - she knew all the things! Thank you Karmen! :)

It’s been a few weeks and she called and spoke to me very unprofessional because I kept her samples “too long” while trying to decide on which color I wanted. If I was going to spend $15k on a couch I wanted to make sure I had enough time to decide on which color would work best. The way she spoke to me I would never purchase anything from this store. She treated me awful!!!
