They were extremely knowledgeable about the product and treated my indecisive sister with the utmost patience and respect. I am planning a trip back to purchase my sofa from Joshua. Immediately upon entering the store with my sister and niece, Joshua, the salesman, greeted us and began the best customer service experience of my life! Joshua is very attentive and kind. I received the best treatment. Joshua was very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to answer not just all of my questions but my sisters as well. He had me try out the different types of cushions making it clear that he was listening when I told him I had a bad back. Joshua obviously cares about his customers and showed enthusiasm for the best configuration for my needs. Joshua made the entire process of buying a sofa very easy. I left the store happy and had no doubt with my final decision. Joshua was so patient and understanding. It was a refreshing experience talking to someone who genuinely cares. Thank you for all your help, Joshua!
