- JDJay DeublerNov 30, 20241.0Four employees simply sitting around an empty store, who seemed quite bothered by us coming in to ask for an item. Which we called ahead to confirm they had. After telling them what we here for, they sat around a bit more before going to the back to get the wrong thing. They did not have the item they initially said they did, and acted quite confused about what we were asking of them. So we drove over an hour all to experience indifference from associates and a manager who don’t know their products, and were bother by us entering their store despite calling ahead. The only alright thing I have to say is one of the four attempted to help as we were leaving, by offering to call other stores yet as we drove away we looked in to see them all enjoying the furniture and chatting.
