- LLLeigha2 days ago5.0I have not yet bought a couch, but I wanted to leave a review based on the Stellar customer service I received from Sarah and Matt. You want good humans? Come talk to these two. They are knowledgeable, patient, and so kind! I learned so much more in talking with them than I did on Internet research. Ultra velvet is the way to go for the best pet resistant fabric. Getting one seat with storage is a game changer, and even better if you can afford two of them! The stealth technology that comes with the couch is awesome, but I have an autistic family member who does not appreciate the sound coming from under the butt LOL not my words! I am in love with this brand, and I love the hearts of the humans who work here. 10/10 recommend!
- LDLise DibertNov 27, 20245.0I had sold myself on LoveSac after experiencing a friend’s couch. All I needed to do was bring my husband in & choose pieces & cover. Saebren was the absolute BEST while I was trying to decide between amethyst & navy. My very predictable spouse wanted black, or anything with black in the print. 34 years together & that was 100% going to be what he said LOL Then I spotted a configuration with wedges and totally loved it. Saebren and I sorted out the order, which sides and all the possible accessories. I was thrilled! Fast forward 2 hours, hubs kept telling me it would not fit. And dang it, he was right. I totally didn’t bring measurements with me. I was just not thinking of that & since it was a small footprint overall… Crushed, my daughter & Saebren got everything sorted out with Sarah’s assistance. No wedges for me, but my couch will not block every entrance to the space (!) Will update my review when order is received in 1-3 weeks (so fast!) Saebren, and Sarah were just wonderful and I know you love them too. LoveSac at Eastwood in Lansing MI
