  Couches: fine. We were able to sit on them and figure out what worked for us. Service: abysmal. The sales person was on her phone the entire time we were there. She stood up once but mostly didn’t interact with us unless we asked a question. “Which is the standard?” “That one over there.” “Which one, the against the wall.” There were two against the wall. I admittedly have a higher standard for what I expect from retail. This failed to meet even the minimum. Get off your phone and talk to us.

  Such great customer service! The employees answered my questions, were passionate about the product, and didn’t pressure to purchase when we weren’t ready. Such a gem of a store to have in the area.

  Yvonne was SUPER helpful in guiding my partner and I through the process of customizing and purchasing our couch. They have all the different customization options available at the store, so it was great being able to try everything out before we made our decision. Yvonne also made sure we were getting the best deal with active promotions and additional 5% off for being a healthcare worker! I highly recommend checking this store out if you’re in the market for a couch or are interested in Love Sac and want to learn more.

  Love Lovesac! Josh and Sylvia at the Hildale location were beyond fantastic! Super knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It’s not easy to work through the 1000’s of configurations and they were super patient and resourceful in helping us identify our perfect seating option. Can’t wait for mine to arrive!
